To make sure you can access the third-party accounts to which connection has been requested for our services. For example, the provided Client Customer ID of the ERP account is verified for the requested connection. The Client Customer ID will be not stored and also not shared with third parties.

We do not use automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

In order to prevent that we disclose information to the wrong person, we can ask you for additional information to verify your identity. In principle, we will inform you of whether we can comply with your request, within one month after receipt. If you have a complaint about the processing of your Personal Data by us, we will be happy to work together to find a solution. If this does not lead to the desired result, you will have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
